A Letter from the Founder
Dear Parents, Athletes, and Supporters,
Welcome to BYF 7v7 Football. I’m Coach Christian Hall — or as most call me, Coach CH — and I want to personally thank you for taking the time to learn more about what we do here.
When I started BYF, it wasn’t just about creating a football program. It was about creating a place where young men could grow — not just as athletes, but as leaders, teammates, and future role models. I’ve been fortunate to experience success as a player and a coach, but the greatest reward has been using those experiences to pour into the next generation.
BYF 7v7 is built on structure, accountability, and high expectations. This isn’t just a team — it’s a family. We’ve helped dozens of athletes earn college scholarships, and that’s something we’re incredibly proud of. But what matters even more is helping them develop the mindset and habits that will carry them through life.
We coach with a standard we call R.E.D. — Relentless effort, Executing with purpose, and maintaining the Discipline to do what’s right even when it’s hard. Those three values shape everything we do, from the way we practice to the way we carry ourselves in the community.
Our coaching staff is made up of dedicated professionals who volunteer their time to mentor these athletes. They’ve played and coached at some of the highest levels — but more importantly, they care. That’s what makes this program special.
To every parent reading this: we’re partners in this journey. We believe in tough love, in holding these young men accountable, and in setting them up for real success — both on the field and in the classroom. Talent means nothing if grades and character aren’t in place. That’s the standard here.
If you’re looking for a program where your athlete will be challenged, supported, and shaped into something greater than just a player — I’d be honored to welcome you to the BYF family
With purpose and pride,
